This committee will work with the Permanent Homes for Children Program and Model Courts Project. It will keep the model orders current and work with DFCS Automated Case Plan (CPRS) to enhance and support the use of this tool. This committee will also address issues of indigent defense with regard to the representation of children and parents in deprivation and termination proceedings.
